Dr Rebecca Oldfield

Rebecca joined specialty chemicals company Infineum in 2000 as a research scientist and has held a number of technical, commercial, and business roles in both the UK and the US since then. Her current responsibilities include delivering innovative products and digital solutions to meet customers’ needs in current and future markets. She is the Executive Committee sponsor for Inclusion and Diversity and a member of a number of external networks supporting gender equality in the workplace. She was listed as one of last year’s Kindness & Leadership 50 Leading Lights UK.
