Julie Baker

With a 40+ year career in banking, Julie has gained significant knowledge from a variety of senior leadership roles. Her responsibilities include support for ethnic minority businesses and the bank’s multi-award winning Women in Business programme. An avid champion of business expansion and growth, she sits on the board of EM3 Local Enterprise Partnership. She also chairs the Access to Finance Workstream at the APPG for Women in Enterprise and advises The Gender Index (mnAi). Julie is passionate about supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs and future leaders.
